Two teams. Two contracts. One table.
Four ways to stand out.
Baloot rules.
Sun and non-trump suits

Hokum: the trump suit

From strongest to weakest.
Four players, two teams
Each player receives eight cards. Your partner sits opposite you, and the other two players form the opposing team.
Choose a contract
After the first five cards, bidding offers Sun without trump or Hokum with a trump suit. Three more cards complete each hand.
Win tricks
Follow the led suit when possible. In Hokum, trump and overtrump when you can, even when your partner is winning. The trick winner leads next.
Declarations and scoring
Declare projects before playing your first card. Holding the trump King and Queen lets you announce Baloot when playing the second card, worth 2 points. Scores are counted after eight tricks. The match target is 152.
Table options define the variants. Automatic contracts skip bidding and projects.
