Operator and service
ClassiGames is a range of games operated by WCGF SAS, 250 Rue Maryam Mirzakhani, 34967 Montpellier Cedex 2, France. These terms cover the websites below and their corresponding ClassiGames applications. They concern Mus, Belote, Belot, Tarot, Spades, Euchre, Hearts and Skat: games against computer opponents, progression, leagues, rankings, rewards and virtual items depending on the game and version. Each game's rules and displayed offers specify available features.
Account and use
You may play as a guest or use the offered sign-in options. Protect your credentials and provide accurate information. Recovering a guest profile not linked to an account may be impossible after reinstallation. Respect other users; fraud, ranking manipulation and exploitation of vulnerabilities are prohibited. Minors must have any permissions required to use the service and make purchases.
Virtual items, purchases and advertising
Coins, rewards and virtual items are for entertainment; they are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prices, duration and offer contents appear before purchase. Purchases and any subscriptions also follow App Store or Google Play procedures; account deletion does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Statutory withdrawal, refund and guarantee rights remain applicable. Loss of a withdrawal right for digital content requires the legally prescribed conditions. Advertising and ad-removal offers vary by version; consult the displayed offer terms.
Content and rights
Software, text and graphics are protected by their respective owners' rights. Traditional game rules are not claimed as exclusive. You retain rights to content you provide and permit its use as necessary to operate and moderate the service. Nicknames, avatars and results may be visible in community features and rankings.
Availability and ending use
An internet connection may be required for accounts, purchases and synchronization. Interruptions and updates may occur. We may take proportionate action against abuse; you may request review through support. You may request account deletion. No provision excludes liability or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes to these terms are communicated appropriately and do not retroactively remove acquired rights.
